I would be more than happy to sit on a sled on drink a beer while you pull me around if that will work for you. Given my current weight I'm pretty certain it would be a good workout. Let me know if you're interested.

There is a decent .5 mile hill where Arborlawn and Bellaire intersect. It's right off the trinity trails between miles 5 and 6.

If its runnining, I like Ranchview, the way I do it, I go from trinity bike trail from around Hauffbrau run south west to first low water cross over take the first right run down to ranchview Maybe a couple of miles. run ranchview to running trail in overton park take left go back around to where I turned coming off trinity trail. I like to do about three of these loops then go back the way I came or cut through overton park back. I'm sure there are many that have done this one. The ones at benbrook where you go past the VFW is good for repeats to. And if you run up them backwards and then turn around to run down It gives you that brick feel when you come off the bike.

Its probably not what youre asking, but the Sansom Park trails can give you all the hills you want. You can do some long grueling repeats from the bottom of the dam up to the trail parking lot on a rather strait forward pseudo-jeep trail.

The grassy side of the Benbrook Dam is pretty tough.
