Anyone up for a long ride Saturday Morning from the Benbrook Y?

Looks like it's going to be in the 50s to 60s.

Three hours with the Batman this morning. Two hours or intervals then an hour ride. Out to Godley and back. "Out" was uphill and windy - wow, was it windy. Coming back I saw 40 mph a few times. There was one segment we were rolling 25 mph and I wasn't even pedaling. Thanks for the ride, Batman.

Thanks for the ride this morning Tigger, that means it's going to be an easy ride on Saturday. Luckytri, will look for you after swim practice.

Thanks to Heather, LuckyTri and Spoked for riding today. Ended up with a nice 60 mile ride. Also got in one extra interval that I must have missed yesterday. This medium sized snoopy dog started chasing Spoked (actually more like barking and following). After he got tired of playing with Spoked, he started following me. Mostly just barking and a mild chase, never looking like he was going to attack. Then all of a sudden, this little guy busted out in an all out sprint, as if he was going for the sprint points at the end of a race. I did my best to stay with him, but my legs payed for it Smile

How was the wind down that way? I rode from my place North to TMS, Lake Worth, etc and it was Howling... Sounds like it was a great ride, the wife ran a 10K this morning at 8am and I had kid duty, otherwise I would have joined Ya'll... Catch ya later!
