Anyone ride up there? I need a flat, safe route for tonight and was thinking about the TMS ring road?

It is pretty safe up there, I usually ride in the mornings or the evenings. Just know that after dark the North side does not have working lights, but the road is smooth. It has small slopes not really hills.
